My stay at the boutique hotel in a perfect position was absolutely wonderful. The beautifully renovated farmhouse with its blend of traditional and contemporary design elements was truly impressive. The location, right next to the Medieval City of Carcassonne, was ideal, allowing me to easily explore the historic attractions. The staff, especially Sandrine, were friendly and immensely helpful, providing great recommendations for things to do in the area. The rooms were excellent, with a luxurious bathroom featuring a shower with seven heads, including a rainfall head. The breakfast spread was gourmet, offering a selection of high-quality meats and cheeses. The attention to detail and overall attentive service made me feel like I was staying at a five-star hotel.
